Use your sales expertise and partnerships approach to aggressively develop new business opportunities and present to existing accounts. To qualify, you should have 3+ years sales experience with a new business development focus, good computer technology skills, a strong desire to succeed and enjoy working in a growth orientated environment. Candidates that have sold technology, communications related products or services will be given first consideration. Accelerated incentive compensation provides outstanding opportunity.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this is a part-time or full-time position (20 to 40 hrs week-flexible). The Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in identifying, qualifying and developing quality sales opportunities for the Cambex sales organization. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for outbound calling, assessing prospect and customer needs, identifying and determining decision-makers. You will also need a strong understanding of technical environments. Responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to: Performing outbound calls to create awareness and opportunities for Cambex products; Qualifying prospects from marketing campaigns and incoming calls; Following up on target customers; Arranging appointments between qualified prospects and Cambex Sales Representatives; Maintaining an updated contact management database; Up to three years inside sales or telemarketing experience (high-tech preferred); and Being results oriented with excellent communication and organization skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
